About Us

Plymouth-Canton Educational Foundation

The Plymouth-Canton Educational Foundation supports excellence in education in Plymouth-Canton Community Schools through a variety of pathways. PCEF seeks to support every student and teacher, at every building and grade level, through the funding of classroom grants and district programs. We strive to remove barriers to education by offering a variety of scholarship opportunities and intervention funds at all grade levels. Together we support students, support teachers and support classrooms.

The Plymouth-Canton Educational Foundation (PCEF) is an independent, community-based non-profit committed to enhancing opportunities for all Plymouth-Canton students and faculty. Led by a voluntary Board of Trustees consisting of teachers, parents, community members and business owners, the mission of the PCEF is to provide meaningful financial support for teachers, students and programs that are not otherwise funded by the district’s operational budget.

P-CCS provides office space to PCEF so that no costs are incurred for rent or utilities. The Superintendent is an ex-officio member of the PCEF Board. The P-CCS School Board also appoints a member to the EEF Board to serve as a voting member. PCEF also works closely with the P-CCS Marketing, Communications and Community Engagement Office.
